Dr. Neil M. Solomon - Founder, Consultant

Dr. Neil Solomon is the founder of the Neil Michael Group, a retained Executive Life Science search firm that began in 1983. Since then, the firm has focused entirely on senior level executive and scientific searches on an international scale. Dr. Solomon's unique training as a psychologist, author and media personality offers each client a unique perspective on candidate fit with company culture. Recently, Dr. Solomon joined the Board of Broad Hollow Science Park on Long Island as a representative of Cold Spring Harbor Laboratories.

Marc S. Stafford (DC) - Consultant

Dr. Marc Stafford has recently retired from private practice, after providing twenty years of Chiropractic service to the general public. He also served twenty years with the Nassau County Police Department, with much experience in various investigatory capacities. He is a proud veteran of the United States Army, serving two years in the Orthopedic Department, at Kimborough Army Hospital, at Fort George G. Meade, Maryland . His role at the Neil Michael Group is in research and client relations.

Kelley Stevens - Consultant

Mrs. Stevens has more than twenty five years in a Human Resource capacity. Her expertise as an independent consultant is in research and in recruiting (mostly with retained search firms). Kelley is best known for her past sixteen years conducting support exclusively to the phar­maceutical, biotechnology, medical instrumentation, medical devices and medical diagnostic industries. Prior to starting her own consulting firm, she worked as a staffing specialist with both Aaron/Western Agency and Snelling & Snelling Employment Services for ten years, respectively. In addition to her extensive personnel experience, she holds degrees in both Sociology and Liberal Arts.
